Less than a month after leasing my Equinox, someone stole the rims and tires right in my driveway. Knowing that insurance jobs usually go to the body shop, Feldman Novi service department took my vehicle in anyways. They gave me a new '18 Equinox to drive while my vehicle was being worked on. For my first experience with Feldman's sales and service department I have been taken care of from start to finish. Great job and I look forward to future experiences!
We leased three vehicles all at the same time. The sales process was excellent and exceeded our expectations. When it was time for an oil change it was a far different experience. The wait times was longer than expected even with an appointment. We were told the first two oil changes was free when we leased our vehicles by our sales person. My son called Jean price several times and also emailed and asked to confirm that the first two oil changes was free. She did return the call and set the appointment however did not return my last call when I asked if there would be any cost. So my son directly contacted our sales consultant Bryan P. and he did confirm this since we did not recieve a response from Jean price. Unfortunately due to the long wait times and lack of communications by the service dept we are very disappointed of our overall all experience. We leased all 3 vehicles recenty also.
