At PRO Martial Arts, they offer a wide variety of classes to choose from. Get the kids started early with kids classes that are specifically designed for their age group.  Check out the Kinder Kicks curriculum which is designed to help you and your little one learn and grow together. They also have a bullying prevention class that teaches kids how to defuse tense situations the right way.

They also offer kickboxing and karate classes for adults. Each one of these classes centers around five key focus areas including convenience, fitness, weight control, confidence and well-being, along with self-defense.
