David Gammouh assisted me with my 2017 Chevrolet Cruze and helped tremendously. He was extremely empathetic to my concerns where my check engine light had been coming on. The porter who greeted me was kind as well. Feldman Chevrolet did a great job with my vehicle by addressing the problem. It did take them a while to get it done, but I understand pulling a motor out and tearing it apart before putting it back together to put it back on the car is a big job! I was completely satisfied and would most definitely come back.
I came in for an oil change. My Equinox lease was due to be returned in June. I have 2 kids, 4 and 5, and my husband is a full time student. I knew I needed a smaller car, with a much lower payment. I came into the showroom looking for Bryan Pavlik, but he has left Feldman. I left with a new Trax during my oil change. I hate this car, but it is growing on me since the payment is $200/mo and I’m not in a position to get the vehicle in the price range I want (likely a mini van.) Why do I hate this car? 1. I was not prepared to lease a new vehicle. I didn’t do any research. I came in looking for my options and to see if it was a good time to turn in my old lease. 2. I pay my car payment every 4 weeks on payday, rather than monthly, so I was 2 payments ahead. When I went to pay my $500 downpayment for the Trax, I also paid $80+ for the oil change and air filter on a vehicle I was turning in. I said in front of my sales person and the person processing the payment “I am throwing this money away” while they processed my payment. 3. I was so incredibly rushed, it is hands down the most impulsive and stupid decision I have made in my life, I want to throw up from regret every time I look at it. I was rushed because I had to be to work at noon, and my oil change was at 9:30. I left Feldman at 11:20 and had to keep saying “I need to go, I need to go, I need to go” with reply “sign here, sign here, sign here.” Yes, I am fully responsible for this vehicle and my stupidity of signing a lease on a car I didn’t want, but now I think your team is a bunch of sleezy used car salesmen since clearly the sale of pretty much ANYTHING was more important than customer service or figuring out a good fit for the customer. By the way, my kids cant even put their feet down facing forward with their car seats, so perhaps you should note that when pushing this car. 4. The first offer was $1000 down, $237/mo which I flatly said “I don’t even like this car, so ‘no’” and immediately came back with “what about $500 down $200/mo? And I said “ok.” Am I getting ripped off if it was that easy to offer $500 down, $200/mo? Maybe I should have said $0 down $150/mo? Was your team really going to try and pressure me into a payment that would have cost $1388 from me over the course of 24 payments? I am a hair stylist. I tell people all the time “I can do that for you, but you will get a better result from someone else.” THIS IS WHY MY NEXT CAR WILL BE PURCHASED FROM A VENDING MACHINE! ...Kevin in service is awesome. He gave me time to look up my coupon for service and joked around with me. You should look at him to coach and mentor others.

I walked in just looking for a good a deal, had hear about employee pricing for everyone. Meet Tom Dennis and the rest is history. Tom took me through many scenarios and I had many, I had 2 vehicles to trade in, did not know whether to buy or lease, finance myself or GMAC, about the only thing I knew for sure was I wanted a 2019 Equinox. This all started on a Thursday, I had my Jeep trade in with me, Tom had it priced, showed me many different scenarios on an Equinox based on a guess of what he would give me for my 2013 Malibu. No deal that day. I look around online on Friday and decided to take my Malibu in to Tom, had to wait a while as Tom is a busy guy of course so was the dealership. Finally got to sit down with Tom, he priced the Malibu and we started to negotiate...back and forth trade ins upper, GM Card added, lease incentive added, GMAC financing....I got a good deal. It took about 4 hours but I drove out of there in my new Equinox. Much thanks to Tom his patience and willingness to deal and all the people at Feldman Chevrolet. In fact I am so happy, have a lease coming up in a couple of months and Feldman will be in the running to supply me a new Malibu for my wife.
