Many people are shocked to learn that the engine air filter is actually a barrier against harmful contaminants for the engine. The engine air filter protects the engine from sucking in things like: dirt, dust, and debris from the road in addition to the loads of other things that the changing seasons bring. The engine air filter should be changed about every 3 years or between 15,000 and 30,000 miles (check your owners manual for exact specifications or give us a call).
