2021 Malibu Performance

The 2021 Chevy Malibu comes standard with a 160-horsepower 1.5L 4-cylinder engine that generates constant power through a Continuously Variable Transmission. The optional engine is a 250-horsepower 2.0L turbocharged engine, which delivers a powerful acceleration for those long stretches of open highway. This upgraded engine is mated to a slick-shifting 9-speed automatic transmission.

With its absorbent suspension, the 2021 Malibu has a cushioned ride that glides over open highways and narrow streets alike. The handling is sharp and balanced, even on tight turns, and the well-balanced steering provides a stable ride.
