Yoga Classes

The yoga classes at Sattva Yoga Center focus on breath as you work through traditional asana (or postures). Their classes break down into four categories:

1. All Levels: All yoga practitioners are welcome
2. Beginner/Basic: New yoga practitioners, those with restrictions, and those who prefer a gentler practice
3. Intermediate: Intermediate and experienced practitioners with a strong foundation in diaphragmatic breathing
4. Restorative: Long holds of supported postures meant to calm the nervous system. All levels welcome.

All classes are streamed live through the MindBody platform during the early morning hours. You’re welcome to join live, or, if you’re not an early riser, catch the practice on your own time. They post many of their classes on the MindBody platform for you to view at a time that works best for you.
