Some of the events hosted by this program include games and mindfulness exercises. There are also fitness activities to help get your child moving and learning about different ways that can burn calories.
There are also field trips offered by this program that help your child enjoy fun and healthy activities with their peers. There are always new field trips being offered, which can be a fun way to help your child enrich their experiences and learn new healthy habits.
