The Hospitality House Food Pantry Mission

Hospitality House Food Pantry was founded in February of 2002. In its first year of operation, they were able to provide food assistance to more than 200 families in the community. As their footing as an organization became more solid, their passion for the work grew as their impact on the community did.

 Today, they’re much more than the shelved food pantry they once were. As of 2017, they not only provide more than 35,000 pounds of food to families all over the area each month, they also provide emergency transitional housing for those in need.

The Hospitality House Food Pantry goes above and beyond to provide support for those in need while also maintaining the dignity of those they help.

• Sturdy backpacks for back-to-school
• School supplies like notebooks, writing utensils, and more

• Office supplies like stamps, desks, paper, etc.

As a food pantry, they’re also always accepting food donations like staple boxed and canned goods. They also happily accept food donations from community gardens, farmer’s markets, and home gardens.
